Postage and Delivery within the United Kingdom

We are happy to say that all orders over £10 are delivered for free within the United Kingdom.

Most orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail.  Some larger orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail and may require a signature*.  Very large sized orders may be shipped using a courier and could take between 3 - 5 working days to be delivered.  If you have any questions about your delivery, please let us know and we will update you on how your parcel will be delivered.

We also offer a choice of other delivery options at checkout as follows:

Special Delivery Next Working Day Guaranteed by 1pm* - this service is available for non personalised orders placed before 10am. Your order will be shipped the same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 10am on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.  Orders placed at anytime on a Saturday or a Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be posted the next available working day and delivered the day following that working day. The charge for this service is £7.50
* Due to Covid-19 this is now guaranteed by 9pm and you will not be asked for a signature.

Special Saturday Delivery - this service is available for non-personalised orders placed before 10am on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. The charge for this service is £12.00

Postage and Delivery for Europe and Worldwide

Our orders are sent via International Standard Royal Mail and so are usually delivered between 3-5 days.

Europe £2.60 per order
Rest of the World £4.00 per order

**Please note, should your order be lost in transit, any claims for all UK, Europe and Worldwide lost orders will not be dealt with until 15 working days after posting as per Royal Mails terms and conditions.

Standard Dispatch Times

Stock Glass Charms

  • Stock orders will be sent within 48 hours of ordering Monday to Friday (unless stated otherwise) and we often do better than this timescale.

Personalised Glass Charms
  • These are made to order and will be dispatched within 5 working days. Please let us know if you require your order sooner than this and we will do our very best to try and meet your timeline.
  • Large orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.
  • Special Commission & Bespoke delivery timescales will be agreed within our quotation.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with every purchase you make with us and that you will love your glass charms as much as we do.  You will find our returns policy below but if you have any questions at all, please contact us and we will do our very best to assist you.
 

In the event of you not being 100% satisfied with your glass charms:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. 

  • Please state your details as per the order including your order email address. This will enable us to provide you with an authorised returns address. 

  • Products must please be returned in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) within 7 days of receipt of our returns authorisation email for UK orders, or within 14 days of receipt for International orders.

  • Please obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office when you return your parcel. 

  • Goods are returned at your own cost.  Once the returned item arrives back with us we will refund you within 5 working days (less any delivery costs) as long as the item is in perfect, unused condition.

  • Personalised, Special Order & Bespoke commissions are non-returnable.

We understand that Glass Charms may be inadvertently damaged especially as they may be used under the influence of alcohol.  Please use care in attaching and removing your glass charms and store in the original box for safe keeping.  If you find you have unintentionally damaged one of your charms, please contact us and we will send a single replacement charm at a reasonable price wherever possible and as quickly as possible. 

Damaged/Faulty Goods


If you receive damaged or faulty goods, Emmie & Us will replace or refund these in full, including the original postage charge. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage so we can feedback to our delivery partners.  We will then be able to provide you with a returns address and return instructions. Damaged/Faulty Goods cannot be accepted without a returns reference number. General wear and tear or misuse is not covered by this policy.
