What are glass charms?
A glass charm (or glass marker as it is commonly known) is a uniquely decorated ring that is designed to attach around the bottom section of a stemmed glass - such as a wine, champagne, cocktail or beer glass.

Why would I need glass charms?
Glass charms are very useful for identifying your glass at parties or gatherings when you may not know which glass is yours.  They are also used for table decorations when having a dinner party, and personalised glass charms can be used as unique place names.  They can also be used to theme your evening or as a lovely favour for a wedding, hen party or baby shower among other occasions, or as a delightful gift.  Please check out our Pinterest page for lots of ideas for glass charm use.

What other payment types do you accept?

We also accept Paypal & Bank Transfer payments for larger orders. Bank Transfer is when you transfer your payment directly from your bank account to our bank account. Please contact us if necessary and we can arrange how to sort out a bank transfer. 

Can you provide Gift Wrapping?

Yes, we provide this service free of charge.  All our charms arrive in a beautiful gift box, but if you wish to add some wrapping paper and a tag we would be happy to do this for you.  Please put a note in the comments section at checkout to say if the gift is a for male or female recipient and what you would like us to include on the tag.

Can I order in quantities other than 6?

Yes, you certainly can, as we take commission orders for any number of glass charms. Please just contact us with your requirements.

Can I specify the bead colours?

Some of our stock glass charms are pre-made so the coloured bead is already included on the charm.  If you wish to have different colours or different charms to match a colour scheme or party theme please contact us and we would be happy to make bespoke or personalised charms for you.  We can help colour match as closely as possible for you and will happily accept a swatch to help you do this.
 

How are the charms presented?

Our sets of 6 glass charms are supplied in a high quality, cardboard presentation gift box which makes the perfect gift.  This box is also ideal for storing your charms as it keeps them away from air and light which could make your charms dull with age. Larger quantities of charms for parties or events can be presented as you wish - we can show you various options and would be happy to discuss this with you during the quotation process.  We aim to please in every way, so just let us know what you would like and we will do everything possible to meet your requirements.

Do my charms need any maintenance?

Glass Charms will tarnish over time and the more they are exposed to light and air. Should this happen, they just need some buffing with the soft polishing cloth that is included with your purchase.  Please remember to always store your charms in the box provided to keep them looking beautiful.

Can I put my charms in the dishwasher?

No, we strongly advise against this as the glass charm may be damaged by the harsh chemicals. We suggest that you wipe any stains with a damp cloth and use the special polishing cloth provided to make them look beautiful again.  

I've broken one of my glass charms, what now?

No problem, we can help you with this as accidents can happen! Please just get in touch with the details of the replacement you need and we will do everything possible to replace it for you, or if this is not possible we can make an alternative arrangement. If you can find your original order information it would be a help, but it’s not entirely necessary. We offer replacements at a reasonable cost.

How big is each charm?

Each charm is made on a 2.5cm diameter ring. This size fits most standard glass stems, with 2.5cm being the approximate measurement from bead to bead in diameter (across the charm from the centre of each bead). 

Where are your charms made?

Our charms are handmade near Farnham in Surrey which is known as England’s Craft Town. Each glass charm is individually hand crafted and they may therefore differ slightly from each other.
